Cancellation policy

Berry & Brine offers occasional pre-orders, limited-edition items, catering bookings, and special purchase options. Because our products are perishable and produced in small batches, the following cancellation terms apply:

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

• Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, all sales are final. Ingredients and packaging are prepared in advance for small-batch production.

Holiday Boxes / Seasonal Products

• Seasonal items are final sale once purchased.
• No cancellations or refunds will be issued after the order is placed.

Catering, Grazing Tables & Event Bookings

If your “purchase option” involves placing a deposit or booking:
• Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made under 14 days are non-refundable, as staffing, ingredients, and preparation time are already allocated.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Custom Orders / Special Requests

• All custom orders are final sale.
• If there is an issue with your order upon pickup or delivery, please email us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email:

within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue store credit where appropriate.
