Refund policy

At Berry & Brine, all of our products are hand-crafted in small batches with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We want you to love everything you receive from us.

Because our preserves and food items are perishable, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We are happy to replace the item or provide store credit when appropriate.

Non-returnable items:
• Jams, jellies, pickles, preserves
• Food products, catering items, or perishable goods
• Sale items
• Gift cards
