Berry & Brine is an Ottawa-based preserves and catering company run by childhood friends, moms, and entrepreneurs Maria and Amanda. Together, they have built a brand rooted in house-made flavour, beautiful presentation, and food that brings people together. Maria brings her passion for art and cooking, while Amanda brings her strength in marketing and business, creating a partnership that blends creativity with vision and heart.

OUR STORY

Berry & Brine is an Ottawa-based preserves and catering company built around beautiful food, thoughtful details, and house-made flavour. What began with small-batch jams, jellies, and pickles has grown into a brand known for preserve-inspired catering, market favourites, prepared foods, and memorable gathering tables.

As the business grew, so did the vision. What started with preserves naturally expanded into catering, styled food tables, market pop-ups, and seasonal offerings. Today, Berry & Brine brings together the pantry and the table: small-batch products made in-house and food experiences.
